Project management of a small renovation or extension can be a great way to enhance both your experience and the value of your home. The design process we employ is the very same as if we were working on a large project, though it make take less time. As such, we estimate a minimum commitment of 25 hours is necessary to bring a small project from concept to completion. However, every project varies and you will be advised regularly if additional hours are required.
